children/students during ELC service times and church activities. In this regard, we

seek consent for the publishing or use of photos and videos your child may be

included.

Photos and Videos may be published through the Elevation Life Church website,

social media platforms, publications (print and digital), advertisements, and its

ministry affiliates (Wonder Kidz, Action Kids, Elevation Life Students) social media

platforms, publications (print and digital), and advertisements.

With this, we seek your consent to allow Elevation Life Church and its ministry

affiliates (Wonder Kidz, Action Kids, and Elevation Life Students) to publish

photos/videos which may involve your child on the said platforms.
